About Us

We train every player, from beginner to advanced, with respect to their skills and standard

of play and work with each individual to make them well-rounded soccer athletes who can

succeed at the game and enjoy it as well! 

ICON 1-2-1 Soccer Coaching is created to give individuals in the Republic of Ireland the best chance to develop

into the footballer they wish to become by bridging the gap between Professional Football Academies and

Grassroots Football. Its a unique service that brings professional coaches into the local community.

ICON aim to deliver the best individual coaching program there is by providing our constant attention

and detail with professional coaching from ex-professional players; we identify weaknesses and develop them into strengths.

Here at ICON we aim to identify, develop and improve individual technical skills that are required to develop you into a technically talented individual. We will focus on areas such as; ball mastery, 1-2-1's, passing and receiving, ball control, finishing and many more, whilst focusing on an individuals psychological and physical development.

We want the players that work with us to gain composure on and off the ball, develop belief and a confidence that they

can be creative, try things and develop their own skill-set whilst making their own decisions both on and of the pitch

Football Trials & Matches

Individual football trials will be organized on a one to one basis and will depend on several factors which will be decided by  staff, once we identify players with true potential.

Important Note: Whilst ICON 1-2-1 Soccer Coaching makes every effort to get players noticed it is important you understand that we are NOT selling professional contracts or trials, you are being given the opportunity to train and develop like a professional footballer, it is then up to you to shine and be chosen to progress, or stand out in the matches.  The reality is that it is tough to become a professional athlete.
